I went through the same dilemma last winter. I too had Tracker with a 115 which was very affordable when I bought it brand new. Then I started guiding and tournament fishing and came to the conclusion that I needed a new boat. What’s in the budget? For me I knew no matter what boat I had it would have the maximum horsepower for the hull and would be equipped with kicker, bow mount, and graphs on the bow and Consol. I ended up with a Ranger VX1888 with a 225 Pro XS.
