It's like going to the Dentist!  We have to talk about it.  WE HAVE TO!  It's that time of year when you need to take a look at your batteries.  If you have a new boat and are rigging electronics it's important.  If you store your boat outside it's super important.  If you just want to avoid any issues on the water this year it's a must.

Line Counters

As we get ready to bid farewell to ice and usher in the 2021 open water season, many of us will start the year off trolling for Walleye.  In this episode we break down line counter reels.  By far one of the most important pieces of equipment in an anglers boat, line counters are an important investment.  We look at a few popular ones with the idea there are many more out there to choose from.

Cluster Bombing Ice

Cluster bombing structure through the ice.  When looking at a piece of structure through the ice it's important to set a series of holes on a piece of structure that allows you to fish shallow and deep.  As the light conditions change the different holes on separate structure allows you the flexibility to find more fish.  It's more ice and more fishing.

As we enter a new year and hopefully one that will be free of pandemics and politicians, we at All Eyes want to focus on sharpening our 2021 skills and equipment.  Every year it becomes apparent there are certain things that need to change before the next open water season.  Open water is quickly approaching and the number of calendar shipping days is shrinking.  Lets do what we do best on The Next Level and lets talk fishing.

Kicker Motors

In Brads search for a new boat and all that comes with a new boat, we get into the weeds a bit and discuss kicker motors.  The true workhorse of any Walleye boat, the kicker motor can be used for days and will most likely have double the hours of the main motor.  A solid choice for a kicker motor is huge when looking at a new boat.
